While working at the Northeastern University Makerspace, I found 3D modelling a unique way of making ideas become tactile realities. Above is a necklace I modelled using the Nomad 3D modelling program for the iPad (also used for the octopus figurine below). The two figures below were for the 3D Fundamentals course. A classmate scanned my figure, which I later cleaned in Meshmixer and altered. I've been able to combine 3D modelling and printing with my sewing skills to create costumes I've worn at anime conventions.
